“ I love the color as well as the fact that the lid doubles as a coaster. The only problem is that the infuser is solid on the bottom which makes it is difficult to clean the loose tea out. ”

“ I love this color and I like the lid...BUT the infuser is solid on the bottom. So that means it doesn't drain unless you tilt it and use a spoon to press the rest of the tea water out. The super fine mesh is too fine, which contributes to the trouble of not draining. The infusers on say, the double wall cups, are better: bigger holes on all sides so it drains better. I really hope they take this into consideration and redesign it because I would buy a replacement infuser cup. ”
