Lavender is a flowering bush which produces clusters of tiny, purple flowers. Chamomile is a plant with long thin stems and small daisy-like flowers. Both are popular in nighttime teas the world over for their calming properties. In this tea, however, we're adding a new, third sleepy time helper to the mix: CBD. Cannabidiol, or CBD, is made from the cannabis, or hemp, plant. It is lauded as a sleep aid amongst its other beneficial properties, making it the perfect way to round out the ultimate nighttime trio.

Ginger root or Zingiber officinale is a traditional remedy for nausea and indigestion that has been used for centuries throughout the world.

A rose hip is the fruit of the rose bush, also known as rose haw or rose hep. They are an excellent source of vitamin C, containing 50% more than oranges. Due to its high vitamin C content, they are considered an immune system booster and are often used to treat colds.
