Once you have that registered for an account, you will have full access to our catalog and pricing. If you are only seeing sample sizes listed, please look on a product page for ‘looking for business pricing?’ Once you enter your email here, the page will refresh and you will have full visibility. An account will be created at the checkout page of your first order.
You may easily change your e-mail, password, or any other personal information contained in your account. A quick visit to your
account page will let you easily make all these changes.
All of your order history is securely stored on our server. If you want us to refresh your memory about what you ordered last week, last month, or even last year just visit My Account >
My Orders to view your history.
Click on each order to view the items selected, the price paid, the address where the order shipped, and much more!
Wishlist
Your
Wishlist is a great way to remind yourself, or even others, of what looks good to you!
• Add to Wishlist
To add a product to your wishlist, visit its page, and look for the heart icon beneath the menu of quantity/size listings for a certain product. Clicking on the heart will add this product to your wish list. Removing an item is easy, following the same steps.
Favorites
All the teas (sized larger than a sample) that you've purchased earlier can be found both within your 'Faves' tab and on your
Favorites page.
• Manage Favorites
You can easily remove any of these by visiting the 'favorites' page and clicking the 'X' icon that appears on each teas image. Teas cannot be added to Favorites manually. They will automatically be added when a size larger than a sample is purchased.
Teas you have yet to try cannot be manually added to 'Favorites.' Instead, we recommend using the 'Wishlist' feature.
If you can't recall your password, or need to reset it, we'll gladly email it to you. Please visit the
forgot your password page on the account login page. The missing info will arrive within seconds.
If you've requested a password reset email, but haven't received it, please be sure to check your Spam and/or Junk folders, as our message may have been sent there.
Paying invoices just got easier with ACH payments!
Set Up Payment Method
To add your Bank Account to your account, please visit My Account >
Billing. Then click, 'Add Bank Account'. You only need to do this step the first time!
Make a Payment
Navigate to My Account >
My Orders. Then, click on the due date in the far right column (if it is late, it will say 'Past Due').
This will prompt a new window to open with your invoice. Scroll to the bottom and click the box to check to authorize payment, then click the button to pay. The top of the screen will then acknowledge your payment. Finally, the My Orders screen will indicate that your payment was received by changing the status to 'PAID'.

We provide high quality images of our products that you have purchased in the past.
To find these, please log in and go to My Account >
My Orders. Click on the order number that has the image of the product needed.
Then, to the right of the price, you will see a link that says 'view'. Click this link to open a large photo you may download to use for marketing purposes.
Loyalty points are accrued with every purchase as a reward to our Wholesale customers. You'll automatically earn Loyalty Points for every dollar spent.
Once your point total reaches 100, you'll have a chance to apply them for instant cash savings on your order. Every 100 points saves you $5. It's that easy!
Redeem Points for Cash Savings
Once you have over 100 Points, you may easily exchange these for instant cash savings on your order. You'll do this in the last step of checkout.
Look for the 'Certificates' field on the Order Summary page. Choose how many of your points (100 or more) you would like to redeem from the drop-down menu. Click "apply" and ta-da! See your savings instantly before you place your order.
Should you change your mind and wish not to use them, please select "remove" next to the points applied.
Loyalty points may only be redeemed if you place the order through our website. Orders that are phoned in or emailed are not eligible for point redemption.
Redeem Points for Out of Stock Items
Occasionally an item may go out of stock while we await fresh ingredients to make a new batch. When a tea becomes unavailable for purchase due to very low stock levels, while supplies last, you may order one 1lb pouch using loyalty points.
This option will only be available while supplies last and can be located under the normal sizes on the product page. Limit 1 per customer.
Expiration
Points never expire!
